In February 2018 we achieved planning for a mixed use scheme of 620 units. The scheme is comprised of 1 to 4 bedroom flats in 4 to 8 storey tower blocks with community amenities such as a gym, café, small supermarket and a doctors surgery. The site also provides ample parking for both cars and bikes and units are designed to a high quality with sustainability and affordability in mind.

The Hub, Chertsey

The Hub is an attractive, modern, fully self-contained office building, with excellent on-site car parking. The building is currently under refurbishment which includes a new and enlarged reception, dramatically improving the arrival experience as well as the creation of additional floor space on both levels.

The Spectrum Building, Bristol

The Spectrum Building in Bristol, is a high quality, 114,346 sq ft glass clad five storey office building over lower ground to fourth floors. The building has large flexible floor-plates of approximately 23,000 sq ft. configured as five separate suites which can be combined to or as individual self-contained suites in each wing.
